Municipal Court
Lyndon Municipal Court is a division of the City Clerk's Department. The division maintains and enhances the highest quality of judicial service as a neutral entity, serving all parties in each case equally, fairly and courteously.
Traffic, misdemeanor and code violations of the City of Lyndon are handled through the Municipal court.
Lyndon Municipal Court meets the third Wednesday of each month beginning at 3:30pm at Lyndon City Hall (730 Topeka). The Court Clerk's office is open Monday through Friday, 8am to 12:00pm and 1pm to 5pm except for official holidays and during declared disasters/emergency situations. The City of Lyndon, Kansas court docket is the schedule of the court. Defendants will be expected to adhere to the procedures and protocol of the court at all times, including proper attire.
All mobile devices, including phones, must be turned off. Photography and audio recordings are prohibited. No food or drink will be allowed in the court room at any time.

Payment By Mail
Municipal Court fines and fees can be paid online. A third party convenience fee will apply to residents who wish to pay via credit card. The fee will be disclosed to card holders at the time of transaction with the option to decline fee and make payments via cash or check. This fee will be 2.45% ($3.00 Minimum). A flat fee of $3.95 applies to all payments made using Visa Check Card. (See payment link below).
