Go Paperless!


The City of Lyndon is pleased to offer the convenience of paperless billing to our utility customers.   

Each month on or before the 10th, your utility bill will be sent via the email address you provided to the city with your current bill amount, account information, due date, rates and billing details.   

If you have signed up for paperless billing, past due billing notices will also be sent via email on the 24th of each month.   

It will be the responsibility of the customer to review their monthly bill, notify the city if they did not receive their paperless bill, or of changes in contact information which includes email and mailing addresses.  

Failure to notify the city of any changes in contact information or failure to receive the bill does not waive the responsibility of the customer for payment of any penalties, fees or disconnection of service as set forth in Ordinance No. 841.

Sign up is easy, just complete this form and return it to Lyndon City Hall or email completed form to jstutzman.lyndonkansas@gmail.com with PAPERLESS in the email subject line please.
